Homemade House

I'm so amazed by how easy it was to make this house using the Timeless Template Homemade and matching stamp set.

I made this as a hostess thank-you gift for whomever hosted Christmas this year. All the windows and doors were stamped and cut out.

This is actually a very simple-looking house. I've seen people add grass, fences, lights, even furniture to the house. I opted to keep it simple since this was my first try.

I used the sentiment from Mega Mixed Messages and outlined it with the dotted rectangle from Borders and Corners: Rectangle. I liked the added bling.

I love how the top just comes off so you can fill it with goodies. Here's a picture of the inside...

Here are the contents.

I made the smaller version of the Around Town Tote and filled it with a few Starbucks Via packets.

I also made the small version the It's On The House template and decorated it using the Sign Language stamp.

It's really cute, but tiny. It doesn't hold that much. Fortunately, I have a bunch of these Italian mints called Puntini. They are really delicious and small. I can fit quite a few in this box.

I had a lot of fun doing this project. I hope you enjoyed the pictures.

Christmas Card

I had a few scraps lying around so I started playing around with my Vintage Ornaments set.  This is what I came up with.

I used the Background Basics: Diamonds with Versamark ink to make the brown pattern. I really like that set. I also embossed the design on the ornament. I used a glitter gold which is probably why there are so many dots.

This is it!

Okay, this is the last of my gift card holders post!  I'm so glad to be done with these. They were a lot of fun to make, but I'm ready to do something different. This one is made using the coffee stamp set from There She Goes. I forgot the name of the set. I love how it looks like a Starbucks cup and holds a Starbucks card inside.

Here's what it looks like when the band is removed.

This is my attempt to make the stocking gift card holder that was featured on Splitcoast Stampers. I used an SEI kit that I received recently. It's not really my style, but it'll work.

Come back soon!

Seasons Greetings

Yes, it's another gift card holder. This one is also made with the Peaceful Pointsettias stamp set.  More non-traditional colors with Enchanted Evening and Ripe Avocado.

I embossed the main image. It really makes it stand out.  More tiny pearls in for the flower centers.

Hope you're not getting tired of these holders yet, because I'm not done!
